FAQ

How do I open a wholesale account?

The easiest way to get a business account is to register on the homepage. If you are a corporate client, please contact your personal contact person. If you do not have a personal contact, please contact us via the contact card.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

You cannot purchase individual products from us, only full outer boxes. If your order value is 1350€ net, you will receive the goods free of charge (Germany). 
If your order is below this value, we will charge you proportional freight costs. Shipping costs to foreign countries are different.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

We do not ship individual boxes but only palletised goods. The shipment is
free of charge from a net value of goods of 1350 Euro (Germany). Other conditions apply for other European countries!

How long does the shipping take?

We need approx. 5 working days after receipt of order/payment until delivery to you (only for Germany).
However, should it be very urgent, we can also do it in 2-3 days. Please contact us!

What kinds of payments do you accept?

Yes, we offer various payment options. We accepted payment methods include:

  • Prepayment via bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Payment on account (14 days net/net), within the limits of our credit insurance only
  • Credit Card

Are you able to process international orders?

Yes, we can handle international orders and deliver our products within Europe. Please note, however, that freight costs must be paid by the customer. We work with reliable shipping
partners to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely.
In addition, we offer the option of collecting the ordered goods in person at our new logistics centre in 26209 Hatten. If you choose this option
the shipping costs are waived completely.
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which must be paid by the customer.

Do you offer customised orders?

We are pleased to announce that we are able to source almost anything and accept custom orders.
Our team of experienced sourcing specialists work closely with our customers to understand their specific requirements and find the right products. We also offer private label options
to ensure your orders are branded and branded with your logo.
Whether it's special sizes, colours, materials or other specific requirements, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive the products they need.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Of course we offer discounts for large orders. We will not yet be able to give a discount for a purchase of a full pallet. If you would like to make an enquiry, please contact your personal contact person. If you do not have a personal contact, please contact: info@haushalt-international.de

Do you provide dropshipping services?

Unfortunately, we do not offer dropshipping services.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Whether you can change or cancel orders depends on whether the order has already been packed and/or shipped! Please contact our order processing department: sales@haushalt-international.de  or call directly +49 (0) 441 920 70 48.

Can I get samples of your products before ordering?

Yes, we offer the possibility to receive samples of our products before placing an order. We understand that it is important for our customers to be able to check the quality
and features of our products in advance to ensure they make the right choice.
Our sample service is designed to give our customers the opportunity to try different products before deciding to place a larger order.

Are your products environmentally friendly or sustainably produced?

We are proud to be committed to environmentally friendly and sustainable manufacturing methods. We have a team of three quality inspectors in our company who check all products
against European standards to ensure they meet the highest quality and environmental standards.
We also use a variety of environmental protection measures and sustainability standards in our production. For example, we use FSC-certified wood and apply RoHS and REACH standards
in the manufacture of products. These standards ensure that our products are safe, environmentally friendly and sustainable.
We strive to minimise our impact on the environment while ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. If you have any further questions about our environmental and

How do I make a return or exchange?

If you have purchased an item online or in a brick-and-mortar retail store that you need to claim/exchange, we ask that you return the item/complain to the place
where you purchased it. We do not take back privately purchased items.

How are your products manufactured?

Our goods are predominantly sourced from the Far East and we place great emphasis on responsible manufacturing.
To ensure that our products are manufactured under appropriate working conditions and environmental standards, we work closely with our suppliers. We are proud to be a member
of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), which provides an industry-wide monitoring and verification system to improve social standards in global supply chains.
Our suppliers undergo regular reviews and audits to ensure they meet BSCI and other standards. We also
ensure that our suppliers use environmentally friendly practices and materials to ensure that our products are made as sustainably as possible.
